Serve in the role as Safety and Security Support Tech to facilitate and assist The Safety and Security Systems Manager with managing the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System (CSRHS) CCTV, Access Control, Parking Registration program as required or instructed.
College/Technical courses in related field or equivalent.
Must be mentally alert, especially during stressful/difficult times
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, consensus building skills
Operational problem solving/decision making experience
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Must be able to handle personal stress
Must be physically fit and able to walk all areas of facilities and grounds as required.
Minimum of four years experience with security systems required.

Prefer certification in managing security systems (CCTV / Badge ID/Access Control).
