Responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing operations and management of the Health Center and the development of any other special programs assigned by Jersey City Family Health Center Administration. Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: the oversight of the Dental Center, Wound Center, Eye Care Center, as well as center operations, budgets, human resource management, planning, staffing, quality management, professional and community education, and marketing. Special services include Diabetes Collaborative, Clinical Trial initiation, and grant management.
Bachelors Degree, Business Administration or related discipline, Master's Degree strongly preferred.
Five years management experience in a healthcare setting with proven record of managing all aspects of dental practice. Working knowledge of provider credentialing process with payors. Working knowledge of various accrediting and regulatory agencies such as DNV preferred. Experience in program operations in a healthcare setting, including background in operations; finance; sales/marketing; and reimbursement. Ability to work within a matrix environment, leading an interdisciplinary team. Strong competency in various computer software including: word processing, spreadsheet, database, and internet functions. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
