Responsible for preparation and coordination of education programs geared toward development of hospital associates and community participants as appropriate. Collaborates with the leadership team to identify and meet the learning needs of customers served. Serves as a resource and mentor to associates to accomplish assigned learning tasks, programs and goals.
Coordinates and instructs current evidence-based education programs (both didactic and e-learning).
Coordinates and/or conducts:
All aspects of orientation for clinical associates to meet new entry job requirements.

AHA Training center programs following all AHA guidelines
Coordinates vendor education as appropriate
Supports LSNA Continuing Education offerings and non-continuing education programs as assigned by manager.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form. Some knowledge of the operation of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have the ability to prepare and present lectures utilizing adult learning methods.
Three years clinical experience and/or previous experience in nursing administration or education.
