You Will Be Responsible For:
Communicates effectively with new hires, employee clinic staff, co-workers, leaders, and vendors in writing, in person, and by phone. Notifies team members of scheduled appointments and visitors accordingly. Receives, screens and routes phone calls appropriately. Responds to voicemails in an appropriate timeframe. Assists and/or refers visitors to Human Resources in a courteous and efficient manner.
Primarily functions as the front desk receptionist. Manages the entry of visitors to the building, greets visitors with appropriate directions, and ensures scheduled new hire appointments are balanced with the clinic staff.
Maintains supply of forms, brochures, special promotions, and other pertinent handouts. Distributes HR forms, handouts, and packets to applicants, employees or other HR visitors.
Maintains ID badge Center by issuing badges and requesting maintenance. Accurately enters ID badge information into computer. Orders supplies needed for ID Center. May complete badge photo processing and student information tracking for all badge sessions.
Functions as back up to New Hire Specialist team in the hiring process by obtaining missing or incomplete documents as identified by the onboarding team member. Returns all completed forms to the service line owner. May scan and index new hire files to assist during times of higher volumes.
Processes and tracks department invoices, expense reports, etc. May create, order, track, and distribute department supply orders. Ensures shared department equipment is properly functioning and initiates work orders as needed.
Manages all conference/training room schedules and post daily printed schedules.
As requested, may assist with coordinating recruitment team events such as hiring, recognition, holiday, and social committee events
What You Will Need:
Two years of clerical experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Previous Human Resource experience
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area, OR
Two years of college coursework
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Assists and appropriately refers individuals in a courteous manner and projects a positive image for AdventHealth Orlando. Assists with implementation of various programs and events. Communicates with team members on simple issues and general human resources policies and procedures.
